I. Management regulations

        Second, cleaning inspection standards

        (1) Preparation

        Prepare a sufficient amount of tools and materials, one safety belt, two brushes, two steel brushes, one sandpaper, one file, two barrels of rust remover, 10 rags, and one insulator.

        (2) Cleaning inspection standards and procedures

        (1) Clean the outer casing of the capacitor.

        (2) Check if the screws are tight and the contactor is in use.

        (3) Check the integrity of the discharge circuit.

        (4) Check if the grounding of the capacitor pack housing is tight.

        (5) Check the integrity of the fuse .

        (6) Check the spring of the visible part of the contactor for damage or misalignment.

        (7) Check the contactor arc extinguishing cover and rubber parts for damage, and remove the dust inside the arc extinguishing cover.

        (8) Check the contactor contacts for melt removal, contact surface adjustment or contact replacement.

        (9) Check if the discharge coil is intact.

        Third, professional inspection

        Prepared according to State Grid Corporation Q/GDW 452-2010 "Guidelines for Evaluation of Shunt Capacitor Devices". The professional inspection of the parallel capacitor device is divided into capacitors, series reactors and other accessory parts.

        (1) Capacitor section

        (1) Infrared thermal image detection of the capacitor, the whole or part of the temperature should be normal, there should be no abnormal increase in overall or local temperature rise.

        (2) When the air temperature around the capacitor exceeds 40 °C or the specified value of the equipment, the inspection should be strengthened.

        (3) Check the appearance of the capacitor, the high-voltage lead is firmly connected, the surface of the frame or the box is intact, the single casing is intact, there should be no rust, and the integrated capacitor oil respirator has normal color and should not be discolored.

        (4) Capacitor leakage test.

        (5) The grounding down conductor should not be rusted. The grounding test value is qualified to meet the flow requirements.

        (6) The insulator should be intact and free from signs of damage, cracks or discharge.

        (7) The equipment label is complete and complete.

        (2) Series reactor

        (1) Grounding down conductor: The dry-type reactor should have a disconnection point for each phase pillar insulator grounding line, and should not form a metal closed loop.

        (2) Ventilation ducts are unobstructed and there should be no debris.

        (3) The surface of the reactor is intact, free of cracks and no discharge marks.

        (4) The insulator is intact and has no leakage oil.

        (3) Other supporting accessories

        (1) Perform infrared temperature measurement on the whole or part of the connection points of current transformers , discharge coils, fuses, lightning arresters , busbars, cable joints, etc. The temperature measurement should meet the requirements.

        (2) The surface of the discharge coil is intact and has no cracking.

        (3) The fuse should not be rusted.

        (4) The appearance of the fuse should not be cracked, and the installation requirements are in accordance with the capacitor specification.

        (5) There is no oil leakage in the oil-immersed discharge coil and current transformer.

        (6) The pillar insulator looks good and has no cracks or discharge marks.
