In addition, since the service life of electrolytic capacitors commonly used in switching power supplies is generally less than 10,000 hours, although the life of LED light sources can reach 50,000 to 70,000 hours, after the power supply is damaged, the lamps cannot be illuminated, so the DC drive power is also directly One of the constraints affecting the service life of LED lamps.

In recent years, with the promotion and application of LED technology, the price of LED light source has also been greatly reduced, but because of the high reliability and longevity requirements, the cost of driving power supply is difficult to reduce, and is currently driven in high-power lighting fixtures. The cost of the power supply is close to the cost of the LED light source. In this respect, the driving power supply has also become a major bottleneck restricting the promotion and application of LED lamps.

If the LED lamps are also like incandescent lamps, as long as they are connected to the AC mains to illuminate the lighting, it will undoubtedly greatly reduce the cost of the LED lamps, extend the life of the LED lamps, and significantly improve the working efficiency of the LED lamps, saving more. More power. The purpose of the technology is to solve the problems existing in the prior art, and provide a temperature-compensated constant-current driving LED illumination with a novel structure, low cost, high work efficiency, long service life, and convenient large-scale popularization and application of AC power supply. light.

The AC power supply provided by the project is directly powered by the BOC package. The LED module consists of a switching rectifier and a semiconductor LED illumination lamp with a temperature compensator and a constant current control circuit connected to the switching rectifier. The switching rectifier is composed of four groups. The bridge rectifier circuit composed of the LED chip, the temperature compensator is composed of a positive temperature coefficient thermistor or 2 to 3 parallel positive temperature coefficient thermistors, and the semiconductor LED illumination lamp is composed of a plurality of LED chips, and the constant current is formed. The control circuit is composed of a plurality of constant current diodes, and the temperature compensator, the LED chip and the constant current control circuit are connected in series and then connected to the DC voltage terminal of the bridge rectifier circuit.
