The total bid price was RMB 255.5 million, accounting for the company. In 2015, the audited operating income was 13% of the 202,262.5 million yuan.
This project adopts PPP mode, Jinda Lighting and the winning bidder of Beijing Kaida Shunfang Investment Co., Ltd., and the government-invested representative of Chifeng Municipal Government--Chifeng City Infrastructure Investment and Development Co., Ltd. jointly invested and set up the project company. Jinda Lighting accounted for 30%; the project construction scale was about 143.7 million yuan, and it was invested in bank financing. The operation and maintenance cycle after construction was 7 years. The Chifeng New District Management Committee pays the project company an annual service fee of 36.5 million yuan. The project company entrusts Jinda Lighting to implement the construction of the project and 7 years of maintenance.
The construction and maintenance of the night lighting project of the eight groups in the Chifeng New District is mainly from the Yulong Street to the buildings on both sides of the Yulong Expressway to the public railway overpass, about 2.6 km of the Human Landscape Sights, the Xibo River and the Banzhihe River.
