In material, we adopt high strength steel such as ASTM A572 GR50, GR65, Q420, Q460, S355J0, S355J0, Fe510, ST52 or other equivalent steel to meet project requirements. MEGATRO can optimize design and make 13.2KV distribution bus substation structures by solid, high strength, proper span distance, good wind resistance material, and economy in the use of materials.
After fabrication all 13.2KV distribution bus substation structures, are delivered to the galvanizing facility to be Hot DIP Galvanized. 13.2KV distribution bus substation structures are processed through the facility by Caustic Cleaning, Pickling, and then Fluxing. These strict procedures insure years of maintenance free structures.

The stator core is an important part of the stator and the main component of the magnetic circuit of the motor. Different sizes of stator cores have different technological processes and application fields. For example, small-sized stator cores are usually assembled by interlocking, and the outer diameter is usually less than 200mm. Large-sized stators are assembled in different ways depending on the motor design, such as stator core by cleating and staor core by welding.
