Recently, the "New Rare Earth Permanent Magnet Motor Design and Integration Technology Research" project has achieved breakthroughs. This project successfully developed a 2.2 kW ironless motor and a 5 kW transverse flux motor. The developed iron-free motor efficiency reached 89.8%, 11.8% higher than the Y2 series asynchronous motor of the same specification, the power density increased by 103%, and the power density of the transverse flux motor doubled that of the ordinary motor. The two types of permanent magnet AC servo motors developed by this subject can be widely used in CNC machine tools, robots, electric vehicles, elevators, household appliances and other occasions. At present, some of the results of this project have been transferred to Dalian Machine Tool Group Co., Ltd. and Zhejiang Speed ​​Control Motor Co., Ltd. After the company receives the production, it can quickly form a production scale and realize export.
