Step1: Confirm the shoot dosage A per hour of the forming machine and the raw material B
Step2: Shooting dosage A*1.2=dry-up quantity C
Step3: Choose the corresponding dry-up capacity level of the raw material D;
Step4: The corresponding moisture remover type of D is the very one
For example:
Step1: It has been confirmed that the shooting dosage of the forming machine is 50 KG and the raw material is PC;
Step2: Shooting dosage 50KG*1.2=dry-up quantity 60kg
Step3: PC corresponds to the dry-up quantity 67KG (the figure is generally more than the theoretical value.
Step4: The corresponding type of 67KG is RD120, which is the very one.
Honeycombed dehumidifiers
1. Air bubbles, crazes, chaps, flow marks and inefficient transparence are caused by the material which is not completely dried before molding. Engineering plastics, such as PA, PBT, PET, NYLON, etc, contain much humidity and can not be dried completely by hopper dries.
2. Drying air of which the dew point is under 40 centigrade can take away the humidity in the material and reduce the humidity to 0.02%.
3. A honeycle dehumidifier provides a closed recycling system to dehumidify the air and then to dehumidify the plastic material. Air bubbles, crazes, chaps, flow marks and inefficient transparence are caused by the material which is not completely dried before molding. Engineering plastics, such as PA, PC, PBT, PET, NYLON, etc. Contain much humidity and not be dry completely by hopper dryers.
Working with a hopper dryer, the dehumidifier is used to dehumidify engineering plastics which contain moisture, such as PA, PC, PBT, PET, etc.
