I have worked as a construction and installation electrician, worked on electrical and equipment maintenance, and worked as an electrical construction worker. Summarize the experience as follows;
First, precautions before installation;
1. Read the construction drawings of the building in detail; electrical diagram, water supply map, drainage map, fire-fighting pipeline and fire-strength map, heating cold map, communication network map, civil construction map, woodwork decoration map. If you do not understand other drawings, you must find all the construction workers to review the plenary session. If it is found to be in conflict with other projects (eg, the location of the electrical box and the fire, the two fights), the drawings must be submitted.
2. The drawing is signed and updated; because the architectural drawings are not designed by one person, there is a certain difference between the designer design and the on-site construction (the difference between theory and practice). It is inevitable that the drawings are incorrect, and it is inevitable that the drawings will be updated and updated. The drawings must be signed; the design institute, the construction supervision company, the representative of Party A, the representative of Party B, and the construction person themselves are all valid. Sign the original drawings and press the updated version. (Including during the construction process, if you encounter project conflicts, you must stop the construction, immediately find the relevant personnel to the scene, and sign the on-site sign).
Second, construction precautions; if there are clearly defined construction requirements on the drawings, they must be constructed in accordance with the requirements in the drawings. If there is no construction requirement on the map, follow the construction of the latest version of the construction map. If Party B (Party B loves to cut corners) proposes construction requirements, Party B's chief engineer must be required to present a written book (construction proposal) and the signature can be valid (there is no reason to say it, you can not listen).
Third, the process notes;
1. It is strictly forbidden to use the acute elbow of the line pipe, and apply the elbow with a large arc of 90 degrees.
2. It is strictly forbidden to use the three-way four-way bisector, and the line box is applied at the branch line. The junction box is covered with a blank cover
3. The pipe joint must be firmly bonded and tied to the steel bar. The bottom box is filled with things (soil, foam, sawdust, and anything that is easy to remove with water). The bottom box must be reinforced. The bottom box and the template are close to each other, and the color is marked on the template (it is easy to find after demoulding).
4. The threaded pipe is not easy to overfill, and must retain 30% of the heat dissipation space. If the number of lines is large, put more tubes or enlarge tubes.
5. Discharge the line; it is forbidden to leave the joint in the line pipe, and the line is short to change the long line. The jumper must be jumped from the wire box. If it is not necessary, the bottom box should be placed from the wire box connector.
Fourth, lightning protection and grounding precautions;
It is strictly forbidden to use lightning protection lines or lightning protection poles and lead wires to protect the ground wire. Lightning protection and protective grounding must be separated (they are two things). It is strictly forbidden to use the main steel bars as their wires, and BV and BVV must be used as the wire tube sheath. For the requirements and techniques for lightning protection and grounding, refer to the latest atlas. Or the construction requirements of the local design institute, the different regions of the country, the land type and the soil quality, the air humidity, and other environments are different (so the polar practice, the depth and the area of ​​the power transmission are also different).
