At the beginning of this year, the company established the Lighting Division, which is responsible for all lighting, product, technology and business development, and simultaneously invested in government or institutional LED lighting standard business on both sides of the strait. Fuhua said that in the past two years, the company has been in the market layout, and the initial revenue of LED lighting products is still low, but the proportion of revenue from the lighting industry will gradually increase next year. With the start of incandescent lamps around the world, the popularity of LED lighting will grow significantly from 2012.

Fuhua has developed AC LED (LED used in AC voltage and household electricity) package products, mainly for indoor lighting. The company has developed some low-power small LED bulbs made of AC LED chips, which are being shipped in succession. At the same time, they have also invested in outdoor lighting standards. At present, they have received a small number of pilot projects for LED outdoor lights. It is expected that there will be an opportunity to pilot before the end of this year.

In addition to AC LEDs, Fuhua also began to use high-voltage LED chips (external bridge rectifier ICs and AC-DC rectifier converters produced by Jingdian) to invest in the production of high-power LED lighting products. It was just launched in the second quarter of this year and has not yet been officially shipped.

Fuhua expects that with the policy promotion process of local governments, LED lighting will have a relatively large growth until 2012 (in some countries, the incandescent bulbs will be banned, which will trigger a wave of purchases). The general industry also believes that the popularity of LED lighting will be around 2015 to 2020.

Fuhua stressed that the future direction of new business will continue to move toward energy conservation. This year, the business will still be based on backlight modules, but the business of lighting products will gradually expand next year. In 2012, the lighting industry is expected to grow significantly.

On the other hand, Fuhua also invested in Liqing Technology (about 9% of Liqing Technology) with Datong, and cooperated in the development and production of LED lights and street lamps. The main reason is that Liqing Technology has the basis for the design of secondary optics. . Fuhua is responsible for the assembly of the components of the LED lighting products, and Li Qing is responsible for the secondary optical design. The goal is to attack the LED streetlights in mainland China. This year, we have successively received pilot projects in Jiangxi, Yunnan and other regions, and we are continuing to expand at this stage.

In addition, Fuhua's investment in Zhiguang Energy Technology, currently engaged in the manufacture of solar modules, Fuhua's shareholding ratio is about 44.98%. Since the beginning of this year (end of August), it is a loss, but the whole year is still working towards profit.
