Now, under the public rights protection of Gree Electric Appliances, the original company has been hit, and a new company has appeared in the market. The company is known as Jinghong Air Conditioning (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd., which was incorporated in Suzhou Gusu District on May 5, 2017. The company is a legal person. Meng Fanchang, the shareholders are Meng Fanchang and Hu Xiaoting, and the supervisor is Dong Mingzhu. It is worth noting that Jinghong Air Conditioning also invested as a corporate legal person and established a company called Jinghong Environmental Protection Technology (Tianjin) Co., Ltd. in Tianjin. The legal representative is actually Dong Mingzhu.
