Reagent 1 Tannin (G.R) standard solution, 100ug•mL-1, diluted 10 times when used. 2FeCl3 (A.R) standard solution, 0.100 mol•L-1. 3 phenanthroline (A.R) solution, 15%. 4NaAc (A.R) solution, O. 1 mol•L-1.4. Pretreatment of samples Samples are grapes, bananas, apples; peach leaves. The fruit to be tested is washed and peeled and chopped. Weigh 15 to 20 g (accurate to 0.1 mg) of the evenly chopped sample and dissolve it quantitatively, and transfer 250 mL quantitatively. In the volumetric flask, shake well, dip it, and dilute with distilled water. Shake well, filter, and the filtrate is the liquid to be tested. 5. Method: Add 0.0, 1.0, 2.0, 3.0, 4.0, 5.0 mL tannin standard solution to 6 50 mL volumetric flasks, and in another 50 mL volumetric flask. Add 5.0 mL of test solution and add 20 mI each. Distilled water, 1.0 mI. FeCI3 solution, 4.0 mL of phenanthroline and 2.0 mL of NaAc solution, dilute to the mark with distilled water, shake well, and measure the absorbance at 510 mm with a 1 cm cuvette after 20 min. The standard amount of the tannin standard solution is taken as the abscissa and the absorbance is plotted on the ordinate. According to the absorbance corresponding to the tannin solution, the tannin content is obtained. 6.
