Authorization letter of the bidder: Proof of the creditor's credit: the financial audit report issued by the accounting firm or the credit certificate issued by the bank (the bank deposit certificate is invalid); 8. The social security fund payment record (effective payment of social security funds) A copy of the voucher and affixed with the official seal of the unit); 9. In the three years prior to the participation in this government procurement activity, there is no statement of major illegal records in the business activities.
Bid evaluation methods and standards:
The evaluation of this project uses the comprehensive scoring method. The full score is 100 points: the price is 30 points; the technical and performance indicators are 50 points; the after-sales service is 5 points; the performance is 10 points; and the response level to the bidding documents is 5 points. The sum of the above score factors is the total score of the judges. The bidder with the highest total score is the winning bidder, and the second is the bid winner. When the scores are the same, the bids are arranged in order from low to high. If the scores and the bidding quotations are the same, they are arranged in the order of the technical indicators.
