It can be seen that the 2.4 GHz signal strength is still higher than 5 GHz. However, because the average router now supports the 2.4G band, it leads to congestion in this band, which is a bit like a traffic jam, and 5G people use relatively less. From the figure below, you can see that there are many interferences in 2.4GHz, but the 5GHz accessories are only used by me.
