1. 3. The light source; The light source is the eye of the AOI device, and the quality of the light source is the first step in determining the strength of the AOI detection capability. At present, domestic AOI suppliers use color-coaxial bowl-shaped light sources on AOI equipment; the advantage is that the images are easier to distinguish clearly. Most foreign AOI equipment manufacturers use monochromatic coaxial bowl light sources; the advantage is that the images are more realistic. The AOI detection equipment of the line camera configuration we mentioned earlier uses an ordinary fluorescent light source, which is currently used by mainstream manufacturers.

4. The screw; AOI device transmission device generally consists of a screw and guide rails. Currently, there are two kinds of screw rods in the market: cast screw rods and grinding screw rods. The casting screw rods are easy to process and inexpensive. The AOI suppliers who require cost performance generally use it, and the grinding screw rods have high machining accuracy. The high cost is generally used in AOI devices that require high detection accuracy.

5. Motors; AOI currently uses three types of motors: linear motors, servo motors, and stepping motors; linear motors are highly accurate and expensive, and suppliers that use linear motors to configure AOI equipment are relatively few. Servomotor accuracy is second only to linear motors. It is the best choice for the mainstream AOI testing equipment in the market. Of course, there is no absolute, the accuracy of the stepping motor is low, but the price is very low, and the occasions and enterprises that do not require high detection accuracy are equipped with AOI equipment.
