Luzhou Lighting Exports Against Market Growth

According to statistics, as of December 2012, the Ningbo Quzhou Inspection and Quarantine Bureau had issued a total of 6,602 batches of inspection and quarantine lamps for export, with a value of 170 million U.S. dollars, an increase of 21.8% and 39.9% year-on-year respectively. Luzhou's lamp export has grown against the market, and it has gradually surpassed the traditional advantages of wire and cable, audio-visual equipment, and electric tools in Quzhou, becoming one of the new pillars of Luzhou's mechanical and electrical export products. As of now, there are more than 110 lamps and lanterns export enterprises in the Quzhou area.

From the export situation, the two trends are particularly evident: First, energy saving and environmental protection products have become new highlights of growth. In recent years, with the promotion of energy conservation and emission reduction in various countries, LED lamps and solar lamps are increasingly favored by the international market because of their long life, high luminous efficiency, low power consumption, and energy saving and environmental protection. Lamps and lighting products continue to occupy energy saving and environmental protection. The field has become the biggest highlight of the Luzhou lighting company. The second is the developed countries market into the main position of Luzhou lighting exports. From the point of view of the distribution to the countries of distribution, Luzhou lamps have been distributed in 112 countries and regions around the world, and the EU, the United States, etc. are still the major export markets. Among them, the value of goods exported to the EU reached 69.007 million U.S. dollars, accounting for 40% of the total export volume. The value of U.S. exports to the United States reached 30.309 million U.S. dollars. Export emerging market countries also showed good growth.
