The Inner Mongolia Information Park was first put into use in 2013, and the Guizhou Information Park has been under construction. Planning 800,000 servers, only a small part of which is completed
At present, China Telecom Cloud Computing Guizhou Information Park has not yet been completed. According to the plan, the park has a total investment of 7 billion yuan, covers an area of ​​580 acres, and has a total construction area of ​​340,000 square meters, including 29 data buildings, 50,000 racks, and 800,000 servers. In terms of scale, the size of the Guizhou Information Park is smaller than that of the Inner Mongolia Information Park.
At present, 4 building buildings, 1 power center and 1 logistics support center have been completed. The official website, outdoor environment and greening of the park have been fully completed, and the equipment in the building has been electrified.
According to the introduction of China Telecom's staff, the information platform's big data integration analysis capability will be fully open to customers. Tencent, Sina, Alibaba, Netease and other domestic Internet giants have already sent their intentions to the Information Park.
The smart air fresh air system is used for the first time, saving 40% of investment
In the construction process of Guizhou Information Park, China Telecom attaches great importance to reducing energy consumption. Huang Yongquan said that the park has achieved maximum energy efficiency and minimized environmental impact in accordance with the world-class fourth-generation green big data park construction standards. It adopts internationally advanced equipment redundancy configuration and integrated suspension technology, and the energy efficiency index PUE is smaller than 1.3, reached the world-class level; took the lead in the use of high-voltage generator sets, to achieve high-voltage AC, high-voltage DC supply of different data equipment.
It is worth mentioning that Guizhou Information Park adopts intelligent fresh air technology to make full use of Guizhou's excellent natural environment and save investment by 40%. Due to air quality reasons, the Inner Mongolia Information Park did not adopt an intelligent fresh air system.
Six large oil tankers to ensure continuous power
In terms of data center power supply security, Guizhou Information Park uses two-way utility power to directly access the Southern Power Grid. In the event of a power outage, the data center is equipped with six large oil generators and two 30-ton oil storage tanks. In this way, it is guaranteed to switch to the oil generator power supply mode within 40 seconds after the power failure, and the power supply is continuously provided for 8 hours.
